At Apollo Energy, we stand behind the quality of our solar kits and components. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. Returns

Eligibility: You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. This includes all manuals, accessories, and protective wrapping.

Non-Returnable Items:

Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery.

Custom-configured kits or special-order items.

Software or digital products where the seal has been broken.

2. Refunds

Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Deductions: Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% to cover inspection and repackaging costs. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
3. Exchanges
We will replace any item if it is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us immediately at support@apolloenergyza.co.za with your order number and photos/videos of the product and packaging to arrange a replacement.
4. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email support@apolloenergyza.co.za with your order number and reason for the return within the 30-day window. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.

Ship the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, include all accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our facility.

Inspection & Refund: Once received, our team will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange accordingly.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel an order free of charge if it has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
6. Warranty
This Return Policy is separate from, and in addition to, any Manufacturer’s Warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship for a specified period. Please refer to the warranty documentation included with your product for details.
